I've been using this KVM for 10 months now. I managed to share a monitor/keyboard/mouse between two laptops, a Lenovo on a docking station and an HP. Both laptops are running Windows 10 (latest versions installed). All connections from each laptop to the KVM are through separate ports (no port sharing). I have not experienced the issues described below when the same keyboard/mouse (any combination) is directly attached to laptops. small. You can easily put it aside somewhere. Shortcomings Keyboard: From the start I noticed a sluggish response and at random intervals it would repeat (infinitely) the last key pressed! When using the key sequence to switch computers, the KVM can stay in "ESC" mode, so I had to press the ESC key to get it back to normal. That's why I only use the remote control to change cars. Another annoying behavior is that while typing, some keys aren't captured, so errors (missing letters) can occur when writing a document or entering a password. I've tried several keyboards (Logitech and two different Dell models) with exactly the same behavior, so it can't be the keyboard. Mouse: Slow, especially when switching between applications or placing in web form fields. The behavior is the same across brands (Logitech, Microsoft, Dell). Support: Contacted support to ask for a solution. It took them a week to reply to my letter. After explaining all the issues I was having, the only response I got was "Thanks, I'll get in touch with the product team". When I asked what I could do to improve performance/behaviour, I received no response.
