Great starter kit and GREAT customer service. I leaked a few bottles of ink in transit, everything has been fixed. They were very open and polite. I have never had better service from any other seller. The machines should be set up as either a liner or a shader, whichever you prefer, but some are a bit heavy (255g, ideal for using larger magnums) and some are much lighter (171g). I immediately ordered the large 1 ounce pigment bottles, but you can get some nice tattoos with what's in the box. The power supply matches the kit, but I would invest in a backup no matter what kit you buy. The clip cord and footswitch work well with no issues. I checked most of the needles and tubes and only one turned out to be unusable due to burrs. I was skeptical before ordering this kit but wanted to see how good the machines really are but once you get them set up and the springs etc adjusted these machines can work great. The DVD is useful for beginners, but in my opinion the manual/manual is much more useful for beginners. I am very happy with this purchase and will definitely order more products from this company.
