Don't worry about tire and wheel tools
I bought a used truck (98 Dodge) that didn't have a jack or (more importantly) a handle to lower the spare tire. I was very happy to find this item. It fits nicely behind the truck seat (along with a bottle jack) and works as intended by raising and lowering the spare tire. Now I carry the spare tire under the bed of the truck instead of in it!
