good , I'm biased; I like Canon and have for many years. Took a risk to bring it back to Prime. Took about 20m to install. Lots of ambiguity and poor instructions. Worked after another 10m. Wi-Fi seems to be the best. Never could get a response via USB. (Wi-Fi is preferable in my case.) ADF works fine. No instructions. To scan thick materials like credit cards or driver's licenses, you need to disable the ultrasonic thickness detector in the advanced settings, which isn't obvious. Made about 2000 scans of documents. I have not tried pictures. This was done on purpose; I think the photo requires a different scanner. The UI is weird. The consolidation of ALL functions should be built into one object instead of 9 different menu items. Once launched, you need to go to the Windows notification area at the bottom left and click on the OneTouch icon. Just weird. Hope that helps.
