I like that we have a device that sits in front of our internal networks, and monitors traffic for nefarious activity. Our IT department is happy because they don't have to worry about keeping software up to date anymore. We've been monitoring traffic with other devices as well, but this one has made life easier. The only thing I dislike is that we don't have the option of using it as a VPN gateway. But even then, it's not really the fault of the product. It's more that their servers are slow. The system is designed to monitor all web traffic. If you are interested in setting up your own VPN service, there are better options out there. This one does what it says on the tin.
