Exactly what I was looking for. It's short, not heavy, and relieves pressure on the big toe. I have a bruised, severe transverse fracture of my big toe. Word of wisdom: Don't let an old iron stove fall on your foot. Lol.ER gave me an expensive tall boot that caused pain and swelling after a few minutes. I came home, went to Revain and after a long search decided on this one. As soon as I put it on, the pressure was gone and I was able to walk without pain. This is good as I was told I would stay in the boot for 4-6 weeks while it heals. I'm one of those 'those people' who never sit down, so this will definitely make a difference. I would give 4.5 stars as it is heavier than described. It's about 2 pounds, but it's a lot better than a $300 ER boot that weighs more than 4 pounds.
