I like how easy it is for me as an external consultant (who has never worked with this software before) can have access in real time what my clients are seeing/doing within their system without needing prior knowledge of that product or service they provide! The lack if customization options when compared against other products out there makes us feel limited by our client's expectations versus giving them something we think will be best suited towards solving problems & needs from past experiences across multiple industries - not just ours!! We're able solve many issues quickly via integration between both parties through API calls which helps streamline workflows internally at no extra cost nor burden upon ourselves but also help save valuable resources while working together so everyone wins :).
