As other reviews have stated this cap is exactly the same as the Original Equipment Dexos dexos cap on a 2016 Corvette C-7 Stingray with Z51 package and dry sump oil tank. The owner's manual specifically states that for a dry sump LT1, Mobil 1 should be installed with the correct cap to fill the vehicle with the correct oil. The mechanics are based on what is written on the oil cap.
