I got this docking station because I have a 4K monitor and another monitor and 2 laptops, one for work and one for personal use so I wanted one an easy way to move me from one computer to another with the same setup. The dock worked very well for the first month. After 31 days it starts to go haywire, it suddenly disconnects and reconnects the monitors, sometimes it disconnects and I have to unplug it to get it working again. I contacted Display Link and they helped me check everything and then replaced it with another one. The new one did the same after working fine for 20 days and after 20 days not even 30 and now they say it could be a problem with my software and I have to go through such a long process to check, if this is not an error . Software problem although I haven't changed anything in my software which will cause this problem to appear in 20 days.
