I like that its customizable, easy to use/setup etc., you can have comments enabled or disabled as much of it is optional! But sometimes one would think they are "on", yet nothing happens (not even an error). And then when another user tries submitting their own post there's always conflict with your content - so we need several admins just because no two users want submit at same time :S Also if someone goes crazy about something in hypercomments he'll spam all over other forums too; which makes people not wanting using this app anymore :( Have many options available such us how often should i check status? How long does posting takes till appearing after submited? What kind permissions required by website owner from me before allowing access via API Key given out upon sign up / registration process?? Is my personal info safe while sharing through APIs?? It is very easy to use, it can be easily integrated with other plugins such as Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms etc. There are also several add-ons available in case you need some features that aren't covered by default version of hypercomments. The price could be cheaper but I think their support team is quite responsive. We're using this plugin to allow our clients make comments on each blog post they publish.
