Review on Powerful Grundfos 98562818 SCALA2 Pressure Boosting Pump: 1x115V 60Hz AVCBDF by Jonathan Yang

Do not buy this product! I bought this product in September 2018 and installed it in October. I felt good about the 2 year warranty. Now the pump started to flow, so much that I had to remove it from the main supply line. It seems a common problem with this pump that it leaks and fails after 1.5-2 years. Grundfos refused to service or replace the defective pump. Grundfos' position is that the seller handles all warranty claims. Revain takes the easy route and claims that the manufacturer is to blame. And so it came full circle and I as a customer experienced the worst customer service by chatting with Revain for almost 2 hours in total with no resolution. Very disappointed and upset. My advice is do not buy this product or anything with a guarantee unless the seller is responsible for it. You'll be in the mud!
