Review on 44"" Portable Painting Artist Easel - MEEDEN Tripod Field Painting Easel W/ Carrying Case, Solid Beech Wood Universal Tripod Easel For Painters Students & Landscape Artists by Christopher Scales

Know the size of your canvas prior to putting this together!

So I really wanted to love this easel more than I do. First of all the instructions that come with are out of order, the 1st step should have been to place this on the table prior to removing the strap, instead it says remove stamp then place on table. This partí easel needs assembly so everything fell apart as soon as I removed the strap. 2nd the bag it comes in already had a broken zipper. The teeth of the zipper were separating at the bottom so there goes the neat carrying bag, which has great compartments for paints and brushes or other accessories. 3rd this easel has to be taken apart to port it anywhere. 4th the instructions should tell you to decide the height of the canvas tray prior to putting it together otherwise you wind up with the configuration you see in my photo. I’m going to have to take it apart to reposition the holder. On a plus side the ledge is large enough to hold paints and a glass of wine 🍷 😉, so the pain may be worth it.
