These are great crafts for kids and me! I bought these to prepare for the arrival of my young grandchildren, I still have a few "in use" after they've gone! I didn't quite get the size, thinking it was the size of the napkin-sized "tidy mats" I'm familiar with. In some places I had to overlap them to allow two children to work across from each other at the same table. However, the size is a big advantage! Markers or glue do not splatter, they are easy to wipe off, they are durable and perfectly protect our surfaces, water does not penetrate. Before you buy, make sure they fit your space and that you have a place to store them. (They don't fold or roll!). And note that the grid is metric, not inches.
