I bought this tablet with the clear understanding that it is not a high-end tablet. In fact, it could only have been used to launch the Bowflex JRNY app and possibly YouTube. I thought everything would be fine and I was wrong. To set up a booth, I've been in IT for over 25 years and have over 2 dozen Android devices in my house. I took a brand new tablet and did all the updates and then just installed the JRNY app and YouTube, nothing else. As soon as I started using it, I noticed it immediately. The sound quality was disgusting. I had to crank it up full to hear it just a few feet away. The next thing I noticed was that the screen felt like I was running my finger over 2000 grit sandpaper. The screen material isn't glass, but more of a rough plastic that sticks to your finger. After playing around with the tablet for about an hour, I noticed one of the biggest problems. DO NOT CHARGE BY USB CABLE! It only charges via the USB cable, which means it will charge for hours if you leave it OFF instead of just sleeping. Attempting to charge via USB while using the tablet will simply drain the battery. The last incident happened when I was trying to watch a video on the JRNY app. This app works on most Android devices up to Android 6. But this "quad core" tablet couldn't run it, so the app just crashed and showed a black screen or very stuttering video. I thought, um, maybe it's the app. I then switched to YouTube and noticed that when it doesn't play at resolutions below 720 it also gets very jumpy and buffers or stutters constantly. I decided to pack the tablet up again and send it back. I ended up spending about $50 more on another tablet and it was flawless!
