Great Customer Relationship Management Software

I like the ability to create profiles for each customer, the ability to view and modify them over time to ensure that everything is correct, and the ability to send emails to customers with updates on their account, or reminders to make purchases. I dislike that the software is not as user friendly as one might think. There are some features that are very difficult to find, and there are a few small features that I have not found myself. I would say that the software is good, but not perfect. I can see how it could be used for sales, but other functions can also be used. It is difficult to use for customer service and customer issues, but that is not what I am using this for. It is a good tool for maintaining contact with customers and for sending follow-up emails with updates on their account. It is also a good tool to use for sending reminders to customers about account purchases.
