I like the ability to create profiles for each customer, the ability to view and modify them over time to ensure that everything is correct, and the ability to send emails to customers with updates on their account, or reminders to make purchases. The ease of use is one thing I like about this tool, it's very easy to navigate with all their tutorials available online so that even newbies can jump in easily! Sometimes there are glitches when you're doing something specific such as adding email addresses where they won't allow me access until i check another box saying "Allow". I love that you can manage your team from anywhere in the world, as well as keep track of all opportunities with ease! Also like how easy it is to share documents/files between teammates and clients.
