I feel excluded from giving a 1 star review but I have a good reason So I personally like the idea of this product. I also have a princess/pink tank theme so thought this would be perfect! Also, it's a Zoo Med product and I'm a real fan of their products. And now the worst. I ordered this mermaid to come with my tank. A few days later he is in front of my door (go!) I open it and for a long time I see this mermaid there. So I unwrap the bubble wrap and now I can finally touch the mermaid. And then I understand, the tail is not enough! I checked the packaging, the tail is not broken. So I just figured it was accidentally smashed or the driver was inattentive. So I can think of another $25 purchase that includes another mermaid. Two days later he's back at my door. Okay, I open it, and it's no coincidence that the mermaid ring is broken and the lipstick is smeared on her face! I mean I understand the shipping error but it shouldn't happen twice! I would buy this at a store but neither my local Petsmart nor Petco has it. I am very upset with this product and want my money back. What a rip off! Twelve dollars down the drain! Thank you, Zoomed.
