Bought for Christmas because it was on sale. Looked good, 2 year guarantee so why not give it a try. I only used it a dozen times before it stopped working in July. No problem. 2 year guarantee, right? Spoke to the customer about the lack of service and since there was no light there must be a bad charger. 30 dollars. What about the guarantee. Does not apply. I complained until they gave up this time. Good, because the new one they sent didn't solve the problem. Don't call customer service again, obviously I have to drive 60 miles round trip to Atlanta to get the repairs done. Why don't you send it you ask? No service customer says they have lithium batteries so they won't ship it. on Saturday. I can't wait to come here next Saturday just to see what clown outfits they wear in this circus.
