It's not a real meat grinder and I doubt it's made by Peugeot.

This is not a salt mill. There is a thin piece of metal with grooves that allow whole chunks of salt to fall out of the ground. This "mechanism" replaces the meat grinder. If I hadn't looked into something else, this "whatever" would have gone back to the seller. In this form it is sent to the garbage stream, my fault.
