cooling material is only on one side

noticed immediately that the cooling material is only on one side. as a result the other side is a different fabric and slightly different color. the zipper is a little tight, so I struggled to get the pillow in. the cooling material is really soft and cool. Just disappointed that its not on both sides. would have returned it but my husband loved the cooling side.
