It had a chance to become a reliable tool, but I have to say I'm disappointed. A few screws were missing. I contacted customer service and they wouldn't help. They asked me a few questions and my receipt which I sent and just completely ignored my request for some screws. It's been two months since I spoke to customer service and I have a defective product at home. I think I could still use it somehow, but it's definitely not working/spinning smoothly. And the funny thing is that after I requested the wheel bolts, the rear bar was also unscrewed (as you can see in the picture). I mean how is it possible that it can be of use? Why can't you make sure there are no missing or loose parts before shipping? Or at least send the missing parts requested by your customer so that he can fix them himself! This is really bad customer service.
