Perfect for using with barbell on shoulders as well as hips.

I've used this a few weeks now and love it so far. The public ones at my gym are all gross, worn, and crappy. So I needed my own BADLY. I looked at a TON of other options, but most seemed to be bulky and have a shape I just don't like. This uniform-shaped (no rut for your neck like other versions) pad works perfect for not only when it's on my shoulders, but also on my hips for hip thrusts or glute bridges. The big thick ones with the neck rut are a pain for when using on my hips. They roll everywhere. Overall, this stays in place on the barbell, stay in place on my body, and I like it so far. Great option for the price.
