During the quarantine we bought a lot of pasta in a normal cardboard packaging. Well, shortly after that we got an infestation of UUGH weevils. Had to take everything out of the pantry and throw out every unopened carton ($$$) and sanitize everything else including cans, bottles, packages sealed on the outside and the entire pantry, walls, shelves, everything. Weevils lay their eggs everywhere. If the eggs are not killed, they will return. We bought 2 packs. Each holds 3 pounds of spaghetti, fettuccine, etc. No more weevils. We now repackage all our pasta, the first thing we bring home.
