So I bought this chair for my husband who uses his computer all day at work and at home. He had severe back pain and we tried everything, pillows, upgraded regular office chairs, back stretchers, massages and nothing helped. It's heavier, about 350 pounds. I received the chair today and I am sure he will love it. While that doesn't help, I sat in it for 2 minutes and found it to be the most comfortable chair ever. So I'm not sending it back no matter what. Update: One of the legs twisted when my husband used it for a day causing the wheel to be mismatched with the others. He almost fell over. My husband is a bit heavier but not the 600lb limit the thing claims. I liked this chair and was considering keeping it but it was for him. I would still buy this again. It was a weird chair and it was fun, and not everyone has the same situations. If you are a little heavier this may not be the product for you.
