Based on my experience, these goggles are perfect for any water activity. The spherical lenses provide an excellent, distortion-free view of the underwater world, and they don`t fog up easily... The comfortable strap keeps them securely in place, and they're durable enough to withstand some rough use. My only complaint is that they're a bit pricey compared to other goggles on the market.
