The rear wheel was defective and something was wrong with the ball joints. All other details looked good. Further inspection revealed a small dent in the bearings causing friction. This part of the bike arrived pre-assembled so it had to be scavenged before shipping. Filed a complaint, let's see how they fix it (and a birthday present for my son that he won't have anymore). Update: Company contacted. They were very attentive and helpful. We arranged an exchange and the second bike arrived with the SAME PROBLEM (see my uploaded video)! This leads me to believe that this is not a defective product but an imperfect company design. We will not be keeping this bike and I would not recommend anyone to buy one for their child. On the other hand, they processed the return.
