I bought this bike 2 months ago. The chain fell off after a month of use. OK, I put it back. No problem. This happened again 3-4 days later. I contacted the seller on their website 2 weeks ago. So far there is no answer. The chain falls every 2-3 days. I'm not suggesting you buy this.

Loved the style of the bike. But there are few questions. The stand that came with the kit is not compatible with the bike model and the screws were missing. The height of a 20 inch bike is too small for a 7 year old. Bad customer service. I tried contacting support on their website to express my concerns but received no response. Hence one star.

I'm always nervous when buying from an unfamiliar brand but I'm very happy with the quality and design, especially for the price. Bought for my 3 year old son. There was a small issue with the build that can be easily resolved by contacting JoyStar Customer Service. It was a dead end but they did their best to make sure everything was resolved as soon as possible. Very good experience.

Bought this bike for my 5 year old.1. Was very well packed. This is not a heavy box.2. The "hard parts" of building a bike are done for you, which means the actual wheel and chain are assembled with the pedal assembly. That's all!3. What else to assemble is very easy and all tools are included.4. The child loves the bike.5. The seat has a handle to make it easier for an adult to hold on when the training wheels are removed.

No instructions at first. The box says to search YouTube. Unfortunately the video shows someone assembling a different bike than the one I bought. So I had to find out for myself. The box arrived crumpled and damaged. The rubber grips slide easily off the bike. The tires were flat and the training wheels kept the rear wheel from touching the ground. Overall, this bike missed the mark. Too expensive for what it is.

The bike is cute and looks well made. It comes with stickers that have their names written on them and other fun things like a duck horn that squeaks. It also comes with all the tools needed for assembly - HOWEVER - the seat did NOT fit smoothly AT ALL. The inner tube had burrs and required grinding for over 20 minutes.
