I LOVE wearing these support stockings under my robe at work because it makes my legs so tired after 8 hours on my feet. An amazing feature of this brand of support tubes is the roomy soft sock. No more sore toenails after wearing these support tubes! The belt is also very comfortable which is great as that's often the reason I don't wear tights at all. I followed the size chart for the perfect fit. I'm 5'6 and 134 and the medium is perfect if that helps anyone. They are worth every penny as I have not ridden them yet. They are great for work where you are on your feet a lot and I plan to wear them for long flights too!
