I really wanted to love this chair when I ordered it. They should’ve sent lock nuts and washers as these bolts will not stay secure I found myself literally impacting the bolts multiple times after they became unsecured again. This chair doesn’t sit up like it should, at no recline this thing has me slouching the reason I bought the chair was to stop slouching as it kills my back. The comfort level is definitely the lowest part of my review this chair is completely uncomfortable the arm rests are very uncomfortable, the head rest, the massager, the footrest, all of it was completely uncomfortable and in my honest opinion I regret buying but it seems like to much of a hassle to take it all apart put it back in the box just to rebuild another one. If you’re looking for comfort this is not the chair you want.
