We have been buying this or that brand for 5 years. The downside was always the battery. The former turned on in the dark and stayed on, so battery life was very short. Also, for one reason or another, the end of the lamp got wet. So I just bought one by one when I saw them in the store. They then started selling 3 packs online. The first 3 pack I bought (not from this brand) still worked in the dark and had reduced battery life. But I would buy them in 3 pieces. I have to say this is the best brand so far. Battery life is much longer since they detect motion. Our bathroom is connected to our bedroom and my husband doesn't like leaving the light on at 2am when he is making his late night walk to the bathroom. Even with the door closed, he can wake me up. These work great. The colored lights are low voltage but high color intensity, enough for him to see what he needs to see. A pack of 3 lasts for at least a year. I even started coating the bulb with a water repellant. Let's see if this extends the life of the device even further. But for now I definitely recommend this product.
