Review on Poly Plantronics Single Ear USB Bluetooth by Narendra Thapa

The DOA headset is here. No audio function. Called Poly Customer Support and confirmed the device was not working. High price for a paperweight. I've also owned almost every Plantronics/Poly office headset since 2005. The quality of the products seems to go down with every release of a new model. This is by far the cheapest experience. I can't say anything about battery or range as the device was DOA. This was the last straw for me after having to replace another broken poly headset after only 2 years of use. This will be the end of my brand loyalty.
