Switch gives minimal indication of on or off

One of the most important characteristics of a switch is its ability to detect whether it is on or off. This switch won't help you much there. This switch looks the same in the ON or OFF position, except for a slight difference in button height. You have to look pretty closely at the black-on-black switch to realize that UP is on (or was it DOWN?-). You really need an LED to show the state of the switch. The attached pictures show the switch in ON and OFF states.

Pros

Turn on/off with a single switch. Significantly reduces wear and tear on sensitive MicroUSB connectors
