Bring a small cup of water for cleaning). Then I found this little gem and couldn't be happier. Its size is very convenient to carry and easy to clean. I mainly use this brush for small little illustrations in my sketchbook and it does its job quite well (if I wanted to paint more serious watercolors I'm not sure I would use this brush but it still does a great job with mine little scribbles) . It holds a pretty decent amount of water and I can paint a bit before having to refill it (if you want the water brush even smaller there's a 4ml water tank too). I can also get pretty decent line quality with it. Although my only criticism of this water brush is that it lets through more water than I would like. but a simple dab of paper towel will fix it. If you're looking for a decent water brush to take with you on the go, I think this is a good place to start.
