In my years as a professional technician I had many scan tools. This time I decided to try a different brand than the usual Snap on and Mac/OTC. I looked at Autel and Launch. They really don't explain very well what the tools do or don't do? I really liked the size of the Launch Diagun. The price was very good compared to most other brands. Activated without problems and works very well. It seems that scanner manufacturers sell their scanners based on hardware rather than software. Thus, the X431 platform works on all devices. I'm not 100 percent sure about that. I know that more expensive scanners brag about having bigger and better displays. I don't care about faster processors etc. Does it do the job? YES. I am very satisfied and would buy the Launch X431 Diagun again at any time.
