I was happy to see that BioSteel offered a cheaper option than their pure whey isolate product. Still tastes good, still a pretty good AA profile.
- Directions for use: Suggested use for adults - take 1-2 scoops 1-2 times daily. Mix 1-2 scoops with 8-16 ounces of cold water or beverage of your choice, such as B. Almond milk. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve the desired flavor and consistency.
- The packaging is ugly
