Perfect Arm/Shoulder Support
Due to a shoulder injury, my doctor told me to put a small pillow under my arm to sleep on my side so my shoulder isn't burdened by my down arm. This pillow size is perfect. Also, it's the same width as a regular pillow, so I can use a regular pillowcase and just wrap it around and pin an extra one. I didn't have to sew a special pillowcase.
