I like that they offer shared, reseller accounts as well as VPS's with dedicated resources for each account! They also have an API system which allows me to easily integrate their services into my own applications / platforms without having to build it from scratch myself (which would be expensive).

Their customer service could use some work but once you get used to how things are done there aren't really any issues at all in terms of support or billing questions etc.. We're using them primarily because we need access to PHP7+ & MySQL 5+. For those who want something simple yet robust then this might not fit your needs perfectly - however if security/uptime matters more than ease-of-use, go ahead give these guys a try :) It took us about 2 weeks working closely together before everything started feeling comfortable so don’t expect instant results though!! You should definitely consider both options above when choosing.
