I like that they offer shared, reseller accounts as well as VPS's with dedicated resources for each account! They also have an API system which allows me to easily integrate their services into my own applications / platforms without having to build it from scratch myself (which would be expensive). Their customer service could use some work but once you get used to how things are done there aren't really any issues at all in terms of support or billing questions etc.. We're using them…
