I've suffered with neck and shoulder pain for years, mostly due to a car accident 15 years ago but lately it had been getting worse. I started noticing I couldn't turn my head fully to the right without being in pain. Not sure if it was due to sleeping a certain way or what but it was concerning. One day I searched inversion tables here on amazon and one search led to another and this neck foam popped up I decided to give it a try. As soon as i got it I laid on it for 10mins (like the instructions say) and boy did I feel the difference right away! As soon as I got up I felt my head lighter and my neck started cracking like crazy. When I turned to the right my neck didn't hurt as much. My husband also tried it and his neck cracked and felt better as well. Here I am day 2 using this neck foam and I feel great, I can turn my neck with very little discomfort, about 80% of pain gone, I'm sure with continued use it'll only get better and better. Glad I bought it and will recommend to anyone suffering with neck pain.
