This little fan is pretty powerful despite being the size of a donut. Has three speeds. I mostly use high speed. I've been using it for over a month and have only charged it twice. It's so effective for my hot flashes, night sweats, and rosacea flushes that I don't need to use it for more than a few minutes at a time. I don't use it as a necklace. The strap and clips it comes with are not well designed so after trying one I didn't try to reattach it. It takes several hours to fully charge, so I did it overnight. The price is reasonable and the fan is so efficient that it paid for itself in the first use. Very happy with my purchase. Edit to add: After 10 months the battery stopped working and there is no way to replace it so I bought another one three weeks ago. This one is cheeky. I'll have to try a fan from another company. Very disappointed because when it works it's amazing.
