This set was bought mainly for the green screen but the whole set will come in handy. The bulbs have good white balance and are larger than traditional CFL bulbs. Using two softboxes with these lamps will illuminate a person well without leaving shadows. Another nice thing is that the background frame is adjustable. The fabric is a bit thin so I recommend using a second layer underneath. One of the most useful things about this set is that it comes in a simple carrying case so you can easily take it with you. Once carefully opened, it can be set up quickly and easily. It's a good value for an entry-level studio and works well for small businesses that either need to shoot products for an Etsy store or general staff portraits.
