I love these arm trimmers! Why? Because I don’t need anyone else to help me get them secured tightly thanks to the double pronged Velcro. I just place both prongs on, then undo one to pull tightly and then undo and pull the other prong. These stay in place throughout my entire two hour sweaty workout and look great. After struggling so long with the flat on both ends types, I am so happy I ordered these!
