Review on Salud by Justin Torres
Great software and fantastic service from their UK office
I like how easy it is to use as well as its flexibility in terms of being able to create different types of forms, templates etc for various aspects of our business.
The customer support team are excellent too! There's nothing really i dislike about salud at this time but there could be if they added more features or allowed us access to new ones which we need (ie patient consent) - however, all these things will come once sales figures grow so hopefully they'll see fit then :) We're looking forward to using salud fulltime now instead of paper records only!!
Pros
- Flexibility when designing your own form layout within one dashboard with ease.
Cons
- Not much dislikes other than perhaps wanting them have an update version where you would not require additional software installed just simply by logging into their website
