Review on interakt by Brian Krump

I like that it's easy to use for customer support as well so we can answer questions quickly without having someone else do this task instead of us! It also allows me access from anywhere in my house or office with wifi even if i'm not at home/office since its cloud software!! The only thing about inteact was sometimes when there are too many issues going through our system they would be delayed by minutes but other than those small things everything has been great. We're solving problems faster now because people don't have time anymore due t their busy schedules & work hours being cut down (they used 2 days per week).
