Amazing Experience With So Many Features and Functions

The dashboard has so many features to help organize content for our clients! You can create customized surveys with custom questions using filters or by selecting from prebuilt question sets such as "Calls", '"Chat Sessions". We also have created an analytics page that allows us see how people are interacting in each survey they receive via email/webpage etc., we use these insights daily when working remotely (we don't come into work everyday). I've enjoyed this product since day one but would

  • Customizable reports easy way make comparisons between metrics among various customers / groups easily.
  • Dashboard options include great visualizations; graphs too which makes monitoring data super simple :)
Cons
  • Sometimes you'll need assistance setting up your own account.
  • Limited reporting capabilities compared other products

Positive experience using Intercom platform

I like that it's easy to use for customer support as well so we can answer questions quickly without having someone else do this task instead of us! It also allows me access from anywhere in my house or office with wifi even if i'm not at home/office since its cloud software!! The only thing about inteact was sometimes when there are too many issues going through our system they would be delayed by minutes but other than those small things everything has been great.   • I like that i can call from anywhere with wifi and it won't require anything but a browser to use

  • Sometimes the system can be slow and i think it doesn't like the number of issues and customers we have!

Simple and effective method which keeps you updated

The tool allows us to interact with our customer base in an easy way that we can actually remember how they are doing it before! So far so good but I hope this will continue for many years to come because of its ease of use. Also their support team does not seem very knowledgeable about what they do. They just keep sending me emails asking questions like "how should i send out surveys" or something along those lines when there's nothing wrong at my end. If anything they could improve by having…
