Very heavy & hard to use with iPhone 11 Pro Max

I wanted to love this case. It looks great and is very sturdy. It is not so great on the function side however. When I assembled the case, I could see several 'Newton's Rings' on the screen from viewing tempered glass through tempered glass. I bought the recommended screen protector, but when re-assembled, the glass was too thick and the touch screen was very hard, if not impossible, in some cases to use.

Purchased by mistake, I purchased another for my iPhone 13 Pro!

Cons

Fresh out of the package just got it today. Didn’t even come with the screws to the case itself!

I initially purchased this case within a week of getting my iPhone. It was literally dropped on concrete, gravel, hardwood floors, and once into a mud puddle. It protected the phone admirably. However, after a couple of years, it eventually started looking kind of ratty. So, I ordered a new one, and it is doing a fantastic job, too.
