Very durable and great buy for the $$$! Doesn’t feel bulky. The front and back of the case are actually metal, not plastic. I like how the two pieces actually screw together and they provide the Alan wrench and extra screws. One thing I noticed. It comes with the built in screen protector and I already have a screen protector on my phone. With both, I have to press a little harder. So I would either remove the built in protector, but if you don’t already have one then it should be fine.

I wanted to love this case. It looks great and is very sturdy. It is not so great on the function side however. When I assembled the case, I could see several 'Newton's Rings' on the screen from viewing tempered glass through tempered glass. I bought the recommended screen protector, but when re-assembled, the glass was too thick and the touch screen was very hard, if not impossible, in some cases to use.

So the case is giant and heavy right out of the package. To me that wasn’t a big deal not even the fact you have to screw it in seemed like a big deal. I was actually feeling really confident that this product was going to work. While I’m laying in bed with someone I made the joke that if I drop this phone it’s going to break the tile before it breaks my phone. So rite out of the gate this thing is a tank. I’m pretty sure I could throw my phone like a ninja star and nock some one out. It does make your phone way a tone. It also kind of puts a rainbow affect on the screen. Those screw do suck.Now that being said there was an interesting affect or elision on the screen. This case makes the screen seem bigger. I ask 4 different people all confirmed.

I’ve dropped this phone case, its been dragged across the ground and its still protected my phone and screen. It’s what I needed when this phone first arrived. Hopefully you guys are getting the most from your phone and are ready for an upgrade.

Ok this case is great just like most cases if you work in an office. Someone out there needs to make a case that will hold up to construction use. Before someone says "military grade” that is crap. Had one and it was crap. . I would recommend this case if you are an office worker or a construction manger that really does nothing but walk the job. As for a true worker not so much.

I like it pretty much the only thing I wouldn’t like is the screen protector that comes with it.It is hard to type but you can easily take it off and put on your screen protector…but it is very toddler proof and alittle heavy.

phone will lose signal strength. mic on speaker phone option barely worked. can't put the phone in any holsters because it will activate the vibrate mode because of the location of the case button location.

I work at a maintenance repair station as an aircraft mechanic. My phone is constantly getting damaged. This case does hold up well. I’ve dropped it a few times cases did protect the phone. Bulky and heavy. Screen protector protects screen, but doesn’t select buttons or movement very well. I can’t express how well impressed I am over this case. It is well built, sturdy, a bit on the heavy side, glass screen protector installed (not those flimsy fake screen protectors, but actual glass.) Very solid case. Have dropped it out of my hand onto concrete multiple times and only have scratches on the metal. Only problem I have is the port plug lasted about 4 days before it fell off. Never really stayed inside anyways. But now I have stuff under the screen and have to take all the screws off to clean it. Kind of a pain. Also there is no glass protection over the camera. Still over all it’s a pretty decent case for the price of it.

It was cut wrong. Partially covered the camera. Rubber bulged at top and bottom. Wouldn’t close properly. That's my feedback.

This is a crap case! I ordered two, the first one was too big! And the second one, my iPhone 11 did not fit! And on top of that shipping took about 3 weeks! I’m very disappointed.do not buy this item!

This phone case is a tough sob. I buy these 3 times a year. I drop them off ladders, on concrete, down stairs and they protect my phone. They are heavy. I love them because even when you are as hard on electronics as I am, I know this case will protect my phone. I used to go through 3-4 phones per year. Now I have managed to keep a phone for 2 years( which is quite an accomplishment for me).
