Overall I'm very happy with this duvet but what ruined it for me is that the colors fade badly with washing. This is so bad that even things that are dark and similar in color will stain. It's been years since I've washed anything that bled that badly, most manufacturers have switched to wash resistant inks these days. The yellow carpet I had with me was literally mostly brown with green stains after being washed with it. Several other items were also badly soiled. I immediately rewashed the carpet with color safe bleach and luckily most of the blue black color was gone from the bed covers. It needs to be washed by yourself.
