Good device, great support

The scanner worked perfectly but the manual is short and the print is very small. However, Tera has PDFs of their manuals online, but it wasn't clear which manual fits my scanner. I ended up having to send him a photo of the nameplate, but they sent me a link to the manual with a clearly personalized report, thanked me and said he/she would forward my suggestions to their engineering department. Many support questions are answered with "Fire and Forget", so it was a nice change to have a real person willing to help with their product.
