Review on 🥖 Premium White Zojirushi Home Bakery Maestro Breadmaker by Jesse Bailey

I always love Zojirushi products, this machine makes great bread as advertised. Its home setting is useful. It came small and fits under the kitchen shelves. I have one complaint: when kneading, the flour or raisins/sesame seeds fall out of the inner pot very easily and remain near the heating zone. This makes cleaning difficult as it is a heavy, tall machine and it is difficult to fling and pull out the raisins. I tried a handheld vacuum but it didn't work perfectly as the central heating area was very difficult to reach. I wish they would improve this in the future. I also wish they could add more recipes as I heard there are over 100 recipes in Asian mode. But in general, this machine looks beautiful, runs smoothly and does not shake during operation. The surface is not very hot. More than enough for a family of two. The pizza dough works great but I don't have a pizza dough timer feature. I haven't tried the gluten free feature so I can't comment on it now.
